1. Appointments

All appointments are subject to availability.
Clients must be over 18 for permanent makeup procedures.
A patch test may be required at least 24–48 hours prior to some treatments.

2. Booking & Payments

Payment is due on the day of treatment unless otherwise agreed.
A deposit may be required to secure your booking. This will be deducted from the final cost.
Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

Please give at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in loss of deposit and/or total cost of the appointment.
Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

4. Medical Information & Consent

You must disclose any relevant medical conditions or medications prior to treatment.
By booking, you confirm that you have read and understood the treatment information and aftercare instructions provided.

5. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure safe and professional treatments, results can vary between individuals.
We are not liable for any adverse reactions that occur if aftercare is not followed correctly.
Patch tests are recommended but do not guarantee a reaction-free experience.
